All of our Hassle Free service contracts include:

  • A 10% discount on all repair materials needed.
  • Priority I & II service contracts also receive a 10% discount on all labor.
  • Guaranteed 48 hour service time for mid-season service calls.
  • Priority I & II service contracts are designed to make proper seasonal adjustments to watering times and to keep your system fine tuned to ensure 100% efficient water usage. Mid-season service calls include 1/2 hour (30 minutes) on site labor.
  • Priority service. Service contract customers are scheduled first for spring startups.
  • If additional repairs or replacements are needed over and above the routine maintenance covered in your service contract they will be billed separately.

 

*Spring startup includes charging the main water line, programming the controller and manually walking through each zone checking sprinkler operation and adjustments.
